2019 Lower Cape Housing Institute
The 2019 Lower Cape Housing Institute consists of 6 sessions taking place between October 2nd - November 6th, 2019, 1 session per week. Sessions take place on Wednesdays, 6pm - 8:30pm, Eastham Public Library, 190 Samoset Rd, Eastham, MA 02642.
The Lower Cape Housing Institute is a 6 part workshop that will equip municipal officials and staff with the knowledge and skills needed to develop a comprehensive housing supply strategy. This interactive workshop series is for members of Select Boards, Finance Committees, Planning and Zoning Boards, Community Preservation Committees, Housing Trusts, Housing Committees, Housing Authorities, Real Estate Committees (*NEW*), Open Space Committees (*NEW*), Conservation Committes (*NEW*) and Town staff.
